Our maritime roots reach back to the 1970s, carrying a tradition of vessel and fleet management into a new chapter.
Founded by Dr. Oleg Shandygayev, the current company was incorporated in Cyprus in 2021. His experience in managing individual vessels and entire fleets informs our approach to commercial and operational challenges.
